Peter has new passion "hiking"
Peter Shoemaker was COO of A-Copy when A-Copy became an AOP partner in 1983. (Click Here to see A-Copy and Herb Chambers). In 1985 Peter became President and CEO of A-Copy until 1994 at which time he became a member of the AOP Senior Management Team and in 1998 was named President of North America Business Services. Peter left AOP to become Executive Vice President of Global Imaging
Systems in 2002 until it was sold to Xerox in 2010.

Today, Peter is retired, but is the Board of Managers Chairman of Girard College. Peter's involvement and support of Girard College were recognized and celebrated at Girard College's "Good Friends" Gala in April of this year (2012), where Peter received the school's prestigious "Corinthian Award", making him only the fourth alumnus to receive this tribute! As a child, Peter spent 11 years at Girard, when it was known as an orphanage.

He and Roz have 5 grandchildren. They have recently joined the "copier dealer graveyard" and moved to Naples, Florida! They spend winters in Naples and travel back to CT for the summers! Peter enjoys his new passion "HIKING" as much as possible and Roz spends as much time with the grandchildren as she can!
