Rick became Vice President of SOS in 1995 after ALCO purchased the Hillman Group. He managed SOS until 1998 when he retired from AOP. During his tenure, SOS, OMI and BOS merged with TaylorMade in 1997. Rick retired from AOP in 1998 and founded AquaPerfect of Sacramento (a water, coffee and vending business)! He grew AquaPerfect to be the largest water and coffee company in the Sacramento area. In November 2012, Rick sold his water division to Water Logic, however, he retained the coffee, vending and bottle water division.
Rick and Mary still live in Sacramento and today they manage the water division for Water Logic as well as continuing to operate their coffee, vending and bottle water company!
*Jack Fleig was founder of SOS in 1963. Jack and wife Lindann sold the company to Hillman and ALCO purchased Hillman.
