Virginia Beach and spend much time in Southwest Florida.  Joe and his sons David and Michael own and operate Gee's Group in Virginia Beach.  Gee's Group is a family-owned company in the real estate development business, focused on office, retail and residential properties.  The Gianascoli's have developed a thriving and successful business, launched on the premise that tenants are the number 1 priority!
